			Pursuant to section 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30th June 2003 (â€œData Protection Actâ€?), details follow regarding how your personal data will be processed.
			1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
			We shall be processing the data you have supplied for the following reasons:
			a) obligations arising from the signing of a supply contract;
			b) statutory administrative and accounting requirements, these being firmly connected with the signing of the contract;;

			4. SPHERE OF DISCLOSURE AND DISSEMINATION
			The persons in charge of processing may become aware of personal data.
			Personal data will not be disclosed to other parties or disseminated, with the exception of duly-authorised professional practices or companies assisting us in carrying out our business and complying with related statutory and tax requirements, as well as social security agencies and banks.
