Battery Back-Up

FAAC Model BC Pro 1050 and Model 700i battery back-up units

Applications: All FAAC 115 and 230 VAC operators

Operational Modes:

• Single Operation: The operator will open automatically upon detection of power failure and reset when power is restored.
• Multiple Operation: For the continuous use mode, the number of cycles may be limited due to battery life and size, ease of movement of gate leaves, etc.

Features:

• Uninterruptible power back-up
• Complete surge protection and EMI/RFI noise filtering
• Four diagnostic LEDs to indicate "AC Present, On Battery, Battery Low/Replace, and Overload"
• Both Models are also available in a Dual Gate system configuration.

Guardian Hinges Now Available

Due to a large number of requests, FAAC now sells the most popular models of Guardian hinges, known for their reliability and performance.

Barriers now available in 115V

Effective July 1 and, with one exception, the 620 and 640 barrier operators will be available in 115v, along with the traditional 230v models. The 115v will also be available in white or orange cabinets.

The one available barrier exception involves the 620 barriers with the 2800RPM motors. These units will not be made available since this particular motor is not UL certified in the 115v version. This motor is found in the two-second high speed models with the six and eight foot aluminum beams.
