The Model 400 heavy duty hydraulic swing gate operator is specifically designed for situations needing maximum versatility, such as apartment, subdivision, commercial & industrial, and certain residential applications.

Models available with locks in the opened and/or closed positions

Operator is mounted inside the gate but still allows gate to open to the inside or outside

The versatile FAAC control panel allows for six operating logics, including garage-door-like operation and a HOLD OPEN function

A battery back-up unit is available
