Our concerns with buying from an unknown web site vendor include the following:

INSTALLATION: An FAAC authorized installer provides a complete, trouble-free installation with no surprises and all costs quoted before work starts. Buying from an unknown web site that does not install operators means the customer becomes responsible for contracting for the installation. Normally, this cost is much higher than if contracted before the equipment purchase.

SUPPORT: An authorized FAAC installer will give the customer post-sales maintenance and warranty support. Normally, the installer will also be there to maintain the gate system for many years to come.
